Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any eligible item within 14 days of the delivery date.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied for all returns or order cancellations.


Final Sale (Non-Returnable) Items

Some items are considered final sale and cannot be returned. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Trading cards (e.g., Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering)
  • Products that contain trading cards

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be new, unused, and in the original condition you received it.
  • Items must be returned in secure packaging.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email that we’ve received your item.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
    • If issuing a refund to the original payment method is not possible, store credit will be given instead.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to be processed once your return has been received.


Replacements & Exchanges

We do not offer direct replacements or exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different item, please:

  1. Return your original item(s) for a refund.
  2. Place a new order for the replacement item(s).
